Motion Live Hangs with Black Square when launched. Clicking the black square crashes iclone silently

Consistently re-created on both existing and blank projects.

1. Launch iClone
2. Launch motion plugin (either from top plugin menu or by selecting character and clicking Motion Live in the animation panel)
3. A black square appears (where the motion panel would be) and the program stops responding
4. If I click on the black square at any point, iclone crashes

Verified that disabling McAfee firewall and updating Nvidia gameready/studio drivers has no effect.

OS: Windows 10
