Motion Live Error; " Failed to connect live face "
I have spent the past few hours trying to connect Live Face to Motion Live in IClone 7. I have an iPhone Xs. I have tried both over wifi and a USB connection, making sure I put in the correct IP address in Motion Live. My Live Face app is up-to-date as is iClone7 and Motion Live. I feel like I have troubleshooted absolutely everything possible, but I just keep receiving the same error message. Any help would really be appreciated. I just upgraded from an iPhone 7 to the iPhone Xs just for this very purpose!

For my part, after wrestling with this for an entire day, I was missing one little thing, (and that's all it takes.) Ya gotta add the :999 at the end of the IP address in the iclone side of things.

My iPad Pro connection works with CTA4 but fails to connect with iClone. So I know it is not a network issue or network address issue.  Note: I did not have both programs running at the same time, so that was not an issue.

Hi Toshgirl,

If there is another network in your computer, please disconnect the network, then connect iPhone personal hotspot in your computer. Set the iPhone Live Face App IP in Motion Live.

I have got your file, and set private Comment for your last Comment.

If you use USB connection, you needn't set IP in Motion Live. If you use Wifi, please make sure that your computer and iPhone are in the same Wifi, and set the iPhone Live Face App IP in Motion Live.
