Morph slider not displaying

- I would like to sell custom morphs but for some reason while testing with the end user simulation the morph won't show up. That means all the morphs i have included with character presets i have added to the store are not working for customers in order to mix and match with other morphs. The preset morph works but the slider is not there to adjust.
Please help.

Hi Dorothy Jean,

Are you still stuck in End User Simulation mode process?
If so, maybe you can temporarily move all your custom slider to other folder, then try your download/install process one more time.
If problem still exist, please capture a screen video about all the download/install process and upload to YouTube then attached the link in your next comment, we'll try our best to identify the issue!

After review this issue, I manually uploaded my test contents and re-download / install it, then I used the End User Simulation and got a correct result.
Please check out the attached image.

So, can you attach your testing "Installcontent.rlcontent" file to us, so that we can help you to check if the sliders exist or not?
You can set the comment as private, so that your contents won't be able to download by other users.
