Mirror shader doesn't work

Hey,

I imported a mirror from blender and changed the surface of the mirror part to the reflection shader. Like in the online manual i have set diffuse and roughness to black but instead of seeing my character in the mirror it's just dark.

I tried the same thing with a cube from Iclone and it worked but i don't know why it doesn't work with my mirror I did the exact same steps.

OS: Windows 10
