Mirror function in 360 head editor frequently produces less than perfect mirror image
I wonder why mirror function in 360 head editor seems to rarely create a perfect mirror image and often comes up messed up in one way or another. I tried many times and not once was able to get a perfect mirror image; always some facial features come out out of alignment or misplaced. It's not a dealbreaker because you can always adjust but it sometimes is time consuming and takes fun out the process.
I wonder if it is a bug or is it something that depends on the certain position of the original facial features and certain alignment that produces different results?
Hi candlelight2007,
The mirror method only works for the default facial features that can be recognized by Cartoon Animator. However, if you have ever add additional sprite layers as facial elements, especially those appear in pair, these custom items can not be correctly mirror. You must use the Pairing Settings to include them in pairs to have the optimal symmetry.
