Issue 8326
Mac M1 GPU Support on Parallels Desktop
Unless an m1 version of iClone is already being worked on. Another suggestion is to support the m1 GPU through Parallels Desktop (win11).

I managed to install iClone just fine with an empty scene but once I load an asset the program would lock up or won't show the character, because the m1 gpu is not supported. On the stats screen on the top left corner it shows vram at 0 as well.

MacBook Pro Apple m1 pro, 16gb ram, 16 gpu cores.
Parallels 17.1.1 (set to 4 cores and 8gb ram)
Windows 11
OS: Windows 11

I think they deliberately block the software from working on parallels.

Same here. I wanted to update from iClone 7 to 8 and I'm using Parallels (Windows 11) on an M1 Mac Studio.
If Reallusion could fix this, that would be amazing.

Seems like they're not going to respond here though. They're phasing out Mac altogether now after Cartoon Animator 5.

Same here, I have a trial version however can't use it on M1 Max. It takes very long to load/open than this error.

Any input from Team Reallusion will be appreciated (before my trail version over - lol)

Cheers

I second this request and know about 1000+ other Mac users interested in having this supported as well but wont purchase until they know it works. Same challenge with character creator.
