MORPH BASED HEAD
i imported a create G3 bone free actor and then it takes me to the composer mode i then click on create a morph based head it then opens a window to import the image and i then click on the file and then it freezes i ctrl alt del to stop the program and then re-import and the same thing happens again. i am trying to import a PNG image and create a morph based head but it looks like it just crashes

I have numerous similar issues with CrazyTalk 3 Pro. Both the windows and Mac versions. The freezing occurs occasionally during uploading of image and always during preview of a morph based head.  I have pleaded for help from customer service but I don’t get anywhere. Good luck with this. I’ll post if I come up with a solution.
