Issue 7198
"Look At" not working properly
There are at least 2 problems with the "Look At" feature in iClone 7.8:

1. "Look Weight" doesn't seem to be working. Adjusting its value has no effect, and deselecting then reselecting the object causes Look Weight to be reset to 100.

2. When the pivot of the Look At target is changed, Look At continues to look at the old pivot as opposed to the new one.
Example: If a sphere is used as the Look At target, the object will point to the base of the sphere (because that's where the pivot of the sphere is by default). When the sphere's pivot is centered (using either "quick set" or "edit pivot" in the Pivot subpanel), Look At continues to point to the base of the sphere.

Hi Hookflash,

Regarding "Look Weight" does not work. This is a bug and we will fix it in the next version.

Besides, You must select the root node first for the character/props to look at the pivot. Please refer to the attached picture or link: https://manual.reallusion.com/iClone_7/ENU/Content/iClone_7/Pro_7.4/11_Set/Prop/Look_at_Feature_for_Prop.htm
