Live Face Iphone X plugin does not connect.

Live Face Plugin, for Iphone X says "server failed". I am attaching the Iphone X and Desktop to the same Wifi address. Using the same IP address 10.10.19.79:999. The Iphone X app is working. Detects my face and movement but Iclone does not connect. Any ideas?

OS: Windows 10

Hello,

I'm not a big fan of i-Phone but I'm planing to get an iPhone Xs (the one going to be released next week in India) just for the purpose of facial mocap using iClone software.

Kindly clarify whether your software supports the new iPhone Xs currently or just limited only to iPhoneX?

I mean the screen shot about  LIVE FACE app in iPhoneX (not LIVE FACE in iClone) .

PS: iPhoneX connect WIFI

And did iPhoneX connect different network?(One IP: 10.10.19.79，another: 10.10.15.82).

Here is a screen capture of the Live Face with Wifi network. Could my AVG be blocking it? It doesn't block USB connection...In any case it is working. USB and I love it.
