Little Window possible start up screen

A Little Window crashes i think it might be the start up screen that you get when you first open it

Did your friend still got this issue, or it was a random issue?
Because we can not reproduce this bug, and we like to know further information to see if there are some serious problems that we didn't find out.

Did you got this result every time when you launch CC, or it was a random issue?
Actually, this page is a web page, so can you check your firewall and make sure it didn't block CC out?
