STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Launch iClone 6
2. Load a project which has Viseme data
3. Open Timeline, expand the Viseme track of the character
4. Click "Speed" button, change the length of the Viseme clip
5. Double-click the last frame of the clip on Lips track

ACTUAL RESULT
The Lips Editor panel is disabled

EXPECTED RESULT
The Lips Editor panel is enabled
