STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Launch iClone 6
2. Navigate to Playbar > Project Settings, set Total Frame to 250
3. Apply a random CC Character (e.g. Christian)
4. Go to Menu > Animation > Face Puppet > Face Animation Profile, select “00_Christian”, then go to “Full Face Control” section, select “Smiley”
5. Click “Record” button, press “Enter” while the recording reach the Total Frame
6. Go to Frame 60, navigate to Menu > Create Script > Wave File, then load audio file to program
7. Play this project

ACTUAL RESULT
Lip-sync animation did not match with the audio source file, after using 50% Face Puppet Recording at end of project export range

EXPECTED RESULT
Lip-sync animation can match with the audio source file
