Thank you ... it worked!
For high-resolution monitors such as 4K, Windows 10 automatically scales the resolution of desktops and applications. The desktop itself is actually enlarged by 150% by default on 4K monitors. However, some applications may not follow the settings. To solve this, right-click the application icon (shortcut) to display the properties panel. Select the Compatibility tab and click Change High DPI Settings at the bottom. Then there is an item of overriding the high DPI scale setting at the bottom of the panel that comes out, and check the check box and change from application to system with the pull-down at the bottom. This solves the problem of iClone and Xchange displaying icons and text too large or too small.
