I'm used to keyboard shortcuts ' Shift+, ' and ' Shift+. ' to move between keys in Timelines. I set new keyboard shortcuts for 'Previous Key' and 'Next Key' to the two mentioned.
' Shift+. ' to move to the Next Key functions perfectly. ' Shift+, ' to move to the Precious Key does not function at all.
I've exited and restarted the program and reset them again. Same failure for the ' Shift+, ' setting.
I also tried setting Previous Key to something else and that fails. I just can't set a custom key for it.
Interesting. I performed the keyboard mods just like you show. Hmmm....

Cause we didn't reproduce this issue, please reference to attached video.
Please search "Shift+," in Hotkey Manager, and see if any Action using the same input.
Also, please follow the steps in this page and send the required file to us, so that we can check the issue properly.
