Here is the link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A2quv8fo03E After some extra testing as it occurred to me during the video I did I was never closing down iclone between tests. So I have tested with 1 screen connected via HDMI and 2 screens connected via HDMI. Having 2 screens or even having 2 hdmi cables plugged in makes no difference. You need to load up iclone and close it for each test. So as for the issue: If you have G-Sync on full screen mode then load up iclone it should work fine. If you have G-Sync set to Windowed and full screen mode then load iclone it will run very laggy i.e with the menu and fps unless it's set as the background application by selecting another app so that becomes the foreground. With exception for OBS studio for some odd reason as I noticed if I had OBS Studio open the issue never occurred regardless of iclone being foreground or background. Apologies this is not shown in the video, as mentioned I was not closing iclone down between each test when first trying. But the video alone with my comments will give you a clearer idea as to what needs fixing and it's the G-Sync for windowed and full screen mode.
Hi TheOldGuard, Thank you very much. But I change to Windowed and full screen mode,it works fine.Did it happen in all projects or some project? If only some project, please provide your project file to us.If all projects,I will transfer it to our RD department, and hope they can find out the reason.
