Issues since upgrading to 8.21

Hi,

I've upgraded to the latest version of iClone 8.21 and it giving me lots of problems including the following.

1. GPU fans are constantly firing up and spinning even for the most basic of tasks. I have an Nvidia RTX-3090 24GB. So, there is no way it should be spinning like this. It was not doing this in the previous version.

2. Changes to PBR, adding textures - Takes a long time causes 'Not Responding' and then crashes.

3. Trying to duplicate an object causes intermittent crashes.

I also purchased the iray plugin and installed it.

Can I roll back? If so how?

Thanks for your feedback!
Please go to preference panel, and find Performance section.
Set Progressive Loading to 5%, or uncheck the Progressive Texture Loading checkbox.
Also, did your character applied Wrinkle content?
