Issue with Payment Processing on ActorCore
Hello,
I am experiencing an issue when trying to make a payment on your site. Every time I attempt to complete my purchase, I receive the following message: “Sorry We Couldn’t Process Your Payment. Unfortunately, we couldn’t collect payments on your purchase. Please take a moment to review your payment and billing info. If you have any questions about your checkout, contact us via customer support.”
I have checked my payment information and tried multiple credit cards, but the problem persists. It is not a bank issue, as I was able to make purchases on Amazon today without any problems.
Could you please assist me in resolving this issue so I can complete my purchase?
