Issue tracker needs ability to vote on more than 10 things
There is no reason users should be limited to voting on a maximum of 10 issues when there are clearly more than 10 problems with the software. Blocking further voting creates a skewed perception of which issues are most pressing and makes the votes tally for a given issue essentially useless as it does not truly reflect the number of people who agree it should be addressed.
