Isazforms, so did you uninstalled all of iClone and iRay together? Or you just iRay by itself? I'm having the same issue.
I fix the problem reinstalling all software. Now, Iray works!
Hi Isazforms, Please provide your project, DxDiag file to help us identify the problem. To get the DxDiag file: 1. Select the "Start" menu, click "run" or press <Win Key> + <R>. 2. Input "dxdiag" & click "ok". 3. It will check your system for a while, after finish, click "save all information". 4. Save "DxDiag.txt". Or you can record a video on how this issue happened. Your help is heighly appreciated. Reallusion
Isazforms -- See Issue 5654 as there are certain rendering settings for iClone 7.4 that are different from Character Creator 3. Make sure to view the scene through a camera and render that view. Utilize the Python "Batch Render Folder" to save scene here that can render much more quickly than through iClone 7.4 itself. I was rendering traditionally and it was taking forever. I loaded the python file and it is almost done after a minor sound fix, so it does go faster when rendered through the python script. Hope this helps! ...dave
