Issue 212
In non first frame, press Reset for Preview Camera and then preview camera cannot move any more
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Launch iClone 6
2. Input 20 to "Frame" on Playbar, press "Enter" on keyboard
3. Go to Modify > Transform, click "Reset Zero Out"
4. Click "Pan" on Toolbar, move the preview camera
ACTUAL RESULT
The preview camera can't move any more
EXPECTED RESULT
Preview camera can be moved
