Import FBX fails Invalid Data - using newest version 7.9.5124.1

Hi,

I have updated iclone and all other stuff today to newest version. Now I am not able to import a fbx file. It says "Invalid Data" after 21 %. The fbx file is created with blender and I can reimport it with blender as fbx or show it it internal 3d viewer of windows.

I am really fed up with ongoing problems with realusion products. I am waisting precios time every day with not working stuff.

Please fix shortly.

And no, I cannot provide the FBX file for testing since it is our intelectual property.

Hi, as I said: And no, I cannot provide the FBX file in an open forum for testing since it is our intelectual property.

And I can import FBX from blender, but if there are more complex, they do not work.

Hi tkaefer,

We can't repeat it,so we need the FBX file to identify the problem.Did you have other fbx file which also can't be import to iClone?

Hi tkaefer,

Can you provide your FBX file to help us identify the problem?You can use Private Comment,and only reallusion administrator can see it,we only use it to test.

If the file size is larger than 10MB, you can use cloud services such as Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive to make the files available to us and put the link in your comment.

I am wondering is all the FBX Files (Create from blender) can't import or just this one that you can't import in IC7.9
