I should mention this problem also exists in iClone 7.x, and had Feedback Tracker Issues reported against it now.

Almost TWO-and-a-half YEARS later... how much longer should I "stay tuned for further updates?"

Possibly related, and potentially VERY IMPORTANT, the RENDERING TIMES are affected by the size of the iClone window, and in a very counter-intuitive way.

I was able to SLOW DOWN my rendering by 4X simply by making my iClone window very SMALL. (Same output size of 1920x1080, I just make the iClone window smaller on my monitor.)

See this thread for details:

FYI... I get the same behavior on my brand new top-of-the-line Nvidia GTX 1080. iClone will also consume 60-70% of that GPU's awesome power while doing nothing. I'm still smiling to see this got entered by an admin. Keep up the great work.
