Issue 260
If apply Spot Light/Point Light, the shadow won't change when adjust the value of Bias
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Launch iClone 6
2. Apply a project with Spot Light/Point Light effect
3. Press F7 to launch Visual panel
4. Go to Shadow Map tab, randomly adjust the value of Bias
ACTUAL RESULT
The prop's shadow didn't change
EXPECTED RESULT
The prop's shadow can change accordingly
