Hi, sarahyacim, Please use Reallusion Hub to update iClone to 7.61 first, it will synchronize the version compatibility to all of your Reallusion Apps. If iClone 7.61 still crash, please provide your system information file and iClone crash dump file or Startup log file to help us identify the problem. Hi, The version of my nVidia does not seem to be the issue. See attached. I just spent 2 hours working on an animation only for i to crash now and it is no longer opening! i can not start from scratch. How can you investigate what is going on?
