Iclone 7.2 not initializing
Hi,
I purchased the iclone 7.2 with 3dxchange Pro bundle and downloaded and installed it on my 64 bit Windows 7 Ultimate. On clicking the iclone icon to start the App it is not starting, instead it is giving the following Problem I copied and pasted below for your kind reference. Please help to resolve the problem. For iClone to run on Windows 7, you need to install a Windows hotfix KB2670838, please check your system and see if it had been installed.

If it does not solve this issue, please provide iClone startup log and crash dump file for further checking.
