Sometimes it starts there in the middle, sometimes is starts on the left screen with the title bar so high in the left screen that I cannot reach it with the mouse. Sometimes it is not possibel to adjust the screen size of the preview precisly.
Hi tkaefer, Thanks for your reply, and sorry for the inconvenience. We had try many times but still couldn't reproduce this issue, the preview panel should pop up at the center of monitor after you launched the CC/IC and click on preview function. HI, I am still waiting for an solution. The Iray windows keeps vanishing away and I play catch as catch can with this title bar. It is not sure, on which monitor the Iray preview windows starts. Most of the times the title bar is moved out of the screen to the top so that I cannot pick it to get it back. It should not be that difficult to program the window to behave as anormal windows windows... So please go ahead shortly. Kind regards
