It worked. Make sure you clean not just the registry but also check for executables and remove the executable after all support steps have been completed.
From Support: Uninstall iClone. Check this directory for any iClone leftovers: C:\Program Files\Reallusion Delete the iClone 7 folder. Find this directory: C:\Users\your name\AppData\Local\Temp Delete this folder: iClone7Temp if it is there. Note that AppData is a hidden folder, and you may need to set "Show hidden files and folders" for Windows Also note that "your name" is your user name on your computer. Download and unzip the attached ZIP file. In it you will find "CleanReg.EXE" Double click "CleanReg.EXE" to run it. This will remove iClone entries from your Windows registry. If it says it cannot find the file, that is good. Windows properly removed it. Just to be sure your system is as clean as can be, download and run Jetclean. It's a registry cleaner. http://www.bluesprig.com/jetclean.html Uninstall any iClone plugins you have. Restart your computer. Install the current version of iClone and your plugins downloaded from your Reallusion Account. https://www.reallusion.com/member/#/en/registration Don't use the Hub for any part of this procedure.
