IC8 Crashes When Using AccuLips
1) Select character
2) Click on Animation on the right side panel
3) Create Script
4) Click on AccuLips
5) Open file, select audio clip
6) Paste text into the text field
7) Click Align
8) Adjust the words where needed by dragging to fit audio
9) Click Apply
10) iClone 8 Crashes with error message (see attached screenshot)


Expected Result:

If the words are not adjusted, then when hitting Apply, it works without crashing. However, the expected result would be to adjust the words as needed, and then hit apply. This does not work and IC8 crashes every time.
OS: Windows 11

this is currently happening to me, as well. I set up 3 animations this morning in the same timeline and when I tried to set up the 4th, it crashed with the same error message. It happens every time, even after rebooting, reloading, using an earlier iclone file.

I'm not able to duplicate it any longer either. It was crashing and now it's not.

No, unable to repeat them. But when it crashes again I will create the dump file. IC7 crashed so often that I almost stopped using the software all together.

If it happens again,and you can repeate it,please tell me your steps or capture s screen video.If you can't repeat it,please provide your crash dump file to us.

When iClone crashes,please dont't press OK on crash DLG.
Step 1: Open the Task Manager
Step 2: Click the "Processes" tab
Step 3: Right-click on the "iClone 7 AP"
Step 4: Click the "Create dump file"
