I can't see the lip option.

I can't see the "lip option"

There's no "reduce lip keys" in sight either.

The details are shown in the picture below.

Hi heesung3697,

iClone lipsync core includes 2 types of data.
G1~G6, and non-standard character are used the old type, they do not support these newer features ("Lips option" and "Reduce Lip Keys").
Data in CC character are enhanced, so these features can be used.

This character is made by our company. 
Is it absolutely impossible except for a cc character?  
Let me know if there's any other way.
