I Downloaded a free clothing item, cost was nothing but it says I have to pay for it.

this item says it cost nothing, but It gives me the character creator water mark and wont let me send it to iClone.

Please help. I attached my screen shot so you can see what I'm talking about.

OS: Windows 10
