Hub says purchase of the item I want to download can't be found. Check login with correct data. But it's my only account.
After login in on my profile on the Reallusion Page, I go to my purchases and want to download the LIVE FACE Profile for Motion LIVE Plug-in. This leads me to a prompt to open the Reallusion Hub. There, I get the message above. The same with LIVE FACE (iPhone) Profile for Motion LIVE 2D Plug-in ( Bonus ) So there's a mistake in the system. See the screenshot of the message below.
I appreciate a quick solution. Thanks in advance. It would be easier, if the download links would just work without the need to use the hub!
