The answer you provided is not correct. It used to work, as you may see in this picture. After updating your software, it stops working. We are using your software to make our life easier. Kindly explain why it worked before and why it stopped working now. In a real sense, I should use what you are suggesting in the video. Building a model from a picture is a legacy procedure. When I clicked the model tab, your software prompted me to select mode, but how? Your video brings up file explorer for loading the model, but how. I do not see an instruction to load the model.
Hi, We're terribly sorry. Could you provide us with your oringal model to clarify ? It can happen in several situations for your case: 1. The original model and textures are fine, but Headshot didn’t bake the textures well. 2. The textures in these areas of the original model were originally black, so this is how it came out after baking. 3. Your original texture is complete, but the UV is wrong, causing a bake error during Headshot bake. The previous replies were mainly to exclude these problems, so we posted this tutorial. Hi, This video for your reference: https://youtu.be/k4tSjMABH9I?si=XhdskdHd7Cn7tF-p&t=183 The video content mainly uses the skin mask function that comes with Headshot 2 to fill in the missing textures. If the missing area is still not covered, then you can export the Diffuse texture to other image editing software for repair. Soya Reallusion
