Hand - Gesture (Hold and Sign)

I've seen RL Tutorial "iClone 7.1 Tutorial - Timeline: Hand Gesture Clips and Motion Clips"

1) RL does not explain how to make it on Left and Rght hand separetly.

2) My command only accept on Left Hand.

3) I used 2.Base Male /Avatar Template /Avatar.

4) Even that I copy from Left Track and paste it on the Right one, it paste on the Left Track.

URGENT please.
