I purchased the SWAM hair pack that had the Calais Hair. It worked fine until the last two updates.

After the first update, the bottom of the hair stopped animating with the top of the hair, creating bends and stretches.

I reported this to technical support, and was told I could fix it by converting the hair to an accessory.

That worked until the most recent update.

Now if I convert the hair to an accessory the hair is removed and relocated below the character's feet, and rotated so that the front part of the hair faces up toward the sky.

I was told to uninstall CC3 and reinstall and that has done nothing to help.

Please note that none of this would be a problem if the hair animated correctly as it did originally. I shouldn't have to jump though additional hoops to work around these kind of software problems.

This is absolutely unacceptable and needs to be fixed at your end now. I have been struggling with this and the slow response time of your "technical support" for 3 weeks now. I would expect this kind of nonsense from a free software, but not a paid premium software like yours. I am losing my patience on this issue.
