Get blank web page when trying to "Get Resource Pack", JavaScript error "Mixed Content"
REPRODUCE
Launch Cartoon Animator
click "Get Resource Pack"
tab opens in Chrome at https://www.reallusion.com/linkcount/linkcount.aspx?lid=CA4en35

EXPECT
a useful web page

ACTUAL
a BLANK web page

In the JavaScript Console I see this message:

Mixed Content: The site at 'https://www.reallusion.com/' was loaded over a secure connection, but the file at 'https://file.reallusion.com/CTA4_Enu_resource_Pack_Mac.pkg' was redirected through an insecure connection. This file should be served over HTTPS. This download has been blocked. See https://blog.chromium.org/2020/02/protecting-users-from-insecure.html for more details.

I also got a blank page when I logged in to reallusion.com the first time using Google.

I am using Chrome Version 86.0.4240.80 (Official Build) (x86_64)
on Mac OS 10.15.6 on a Macbook Pro and two external monitors.
