Freeze (not responding) after launch
CC3 freezes when I try to first click anywhere on the app once started, can't use it.

It's probably a .ini or a preference file bug, I'll search on my own but if you have a direct solution I'd love to have it

I want to check if you have upgraded the ap version to CC3.41. Has the multiple monitors problem been resolved?

I am glad to hear about your workaround. Thanks for letting us know how to solve it.

Please help us confirm if the AP can launch normally after removing the SmartGallery and launch again with multiple monitors. If it is normal, please let us know.

I've managed to make it work by launching on a single-screen setup instead of 4 (I have a similar issue with 3DCoat)

I'm not sure this bug can be easily fixed (probably complex to track), so don't put a high priority on this (I have a workaround, and other users who experiment this issue have it too now)
