Issue 3710
Follow Terrain and Projected Path Inconsistensy
Here reporting 2 separate bugs with moving props along the terrain and a projected path.

1. Whenever "Follow Terrain" is enabled a prop can be moved perfectly along custom terrain manually (with a Gizmo). However, as soon as Start/End transform keys are generated, the prop movement is taken over by a default "World/Ground Terrain". There should be either a choice as to which terrain to follow, or terrain should automatically be bound by the proximity to the prop.

2. When a prop is attached to a path with "Project to Terrain" and both "Follow Path" and "Follow Terrain" is enabled within the prop's Path properties section, the prop never properly follow the terrain. It seems as if the prop begins it's rotation along the path curve, but it's rather rotating/tilting by the perpendicular axis. Should be an easy fix IMHO.

Both inconsistencies can be observed in a short video below.

Here is link to 2 peojects:

1. TERRAIN

Open and enable Follow Terrain (this setting does not saves with project). Then drag the ARC by Y gismo. It follows a bridge terrain. Then play animation and watch it follow the ground instead of bridge terrain.

2. PATH

Just play animation and see the ARC follows terrain, but it tilts by a wrong axis when hitting curves.
