I do a lot of zombie / monster stuff and to get an extra eerie touch to the already withered handpose i often bend fingers slightly backwards to give the pose an extra haunting touch.

Adding the feature to drag the mouse upwards and move fingers up would make it very easy to do all sorts of crazy poses. This could also be used when posing an injury when hands should look like fingers have been broken.

Only 1st phalanx should be affected, middle fingerbone and tip could be left as is as they need to be posed manually.
