Failure to launch iClone in DX11 mode on certain Windows 7 operating systems
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.Test Environment: Windows 7 with Service Pack 1 (SP1)
2. Launch iClone 6

ACTUAL RESULT
Fail to launch iClone in DX11 Mode (It can be launched in DX9 Mode)

EXPECTED RESULT
After installed Windows 7 Platform Update, iClone 6 can be launched in both DX9 and DX11 mode
