Issue 11564
Fails to find package BuildingGen Sampler. New building process stops.
When I first installed buildingGen it worked fine. After a few hours I closed and reopened the plugin for a new building and now all I get is a ghost like image and no new building is created. Building samples do not load nor is there any menu.
Closing iClone, uninstalling the plugin, reinstalling did not correct the issue.

I tried removing the BuildingGen.ini file to see if it would regenerate then reinstalled the plugin but now there is an error "package BuildingGen Sampler cannot be found do you want to download it. I click download, nothing happens. Also no new .ini is generated.

I restored the original files to C:\program files\Realilusion\iclone8\resource\icstreetgenerator so now the issue is
back where it was. Plugin no longer functions correctly .
It really looks like the plugin halts on the initial startup.

Hello,
We were unable to reproduce this issue in our computer environment.
Could you please check if the 'BuildingGen Sampler Pack' is fully installed in the Content Manager?
If it is not installed, please first click the 'Refresh' button on the Content Manager panel, then redownload the Pack and check if BuildingGen functions properly afterward.
If the Pack is correctly installed but the issue persists, please provide us with the ini file.
