1. Content tab
2. Double click on icone to load > Total materials Vol. 18:Sky textures < (or any other Total materials)
3. It loads and then the message appears : Failed to install content during decryption
Please check the permission to the content and reinstall it, or contact support.

N.B. I believe it has something to do with > : < in the title.
