Issue 11362
Failed to connect accuface
I installed Accuface and Iclone as suggested, but I receive the issue 'failed to connect accuface' when I click the green circle. The IP is correct, I also installed the hotfix as suggested in the reallusion blog but the problem persist. Can you resolve this? thanks

Thanks for the quick response.  I finally found the buttons to enable record for face motion.  However most of the video examples and documentation have very little specifics on how to do this.  An additional sentence in the docs and a zoomed in screen capture would have saved a lot of hunting and pecking to figure it out.

Otherwise nice product and is now working as advertised.

Additionally, tried with both USB web cam as live feed and recorded video.  Both have the same issue with Motion Live not recording.

You need to choose AccuFace in Character List section,Record button will be enable.

Same problem Accuface connects on correct IP and port but Motion Live does not show record button and can't capture Accuface feed.
