Failed to add Audio2Face and MotionLive Plugins to Plugin menu

Install Omniverse_Audio2Face folder in .../OpenPlugin Folder and Restart iClone 7

1. the menu option for Omniverse_Audio2Face does not appear in Plugins menu
2. a python error message appears in the console:

<class 'ImportError'>, File: C:\Users\nickarthur\AppData\Local\ov\pkg\usdview-0.22.8\pip-packages\shiboken2\files.dir\shibokensupport\__feature__.py, Line: 142

Please Advise. Seems to be a PYTHONPATH issue?

OS: Windows 11
