Failed to Open Project - Big Issue
I have had this issue now with 2 project files using iClone 8.

After doing hours/days of work for the last 5 days. I have lost a lot of work with no way of opening my files to get them back.

After saving and clicking 'Exit' on iClone 8, when I re-open the program next time, it will not open my project file(s).

I have lost a lot of work on an urgent project which I am worried now will not be able to complete on time due to this error. As I have to redo everything I did with a fear I will lose more work.

The error message is attached and the system info.

Hi Molly,

The problem is related to accessories. If you add accessories to a CC3/CC4 character and import it into iClone 8.

The accessories then cause the file not to load.

Mike is support is dealing with this ticket of mine. He said it will be a patch that will be sent out to fix this.
