Failed to Open [From CC4 to iClone 8.4]
As the title says, it fails to load an iAvatar that I created with accurig. Whatever I make with CC4 that I want to import to iClone gives this error.

I've tried with everything, not only my own models, but with the base characters, with anything you can imagine... I always get the same error.

However, if I use accurig from the Online web I can use the models in iClone, but this is not what I want.

Can you suggest something that works, so I can keep moving on with life?

Can you provide your character file to help us identify the problem?Please attach the file in your next comment. If the file size is larger than 10MB, you can use cloud services such as Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive to make the files available to us and put the link in your comment.
