Failed to Open [From CC4 to iClone 8.4]
As the title says, it fails to load an iAvatar that I created with accurig. Whatever I make with CC4 that I want to import to iClone gives this error.

I've tried with everything, not only my own models, but with the base characters, with anything you can imagine... I always get the same error.

However, if I use accurig from the Online web I can use the models in iClone, but this is not what I want.

Can you suggest something that works, so I can keep moving on with life?

Can you provide your character file to help us identify the problem?Please attach the file in your next comment.
