FBX license not working.

I bought the Apocylypse Apparel pack...when I tried to export an FBX from Iclone it said I needed a FBX exporter license???!! So I bought it...after already buying the pack...still cant export. This is not cool./ Should not be a separate purchase for one thing, for another it should work. Can you help please?

Did you export FBX after Activate?

Thank you for contacting us.
Please try this:
1. Toolbar > Help > Activate Entire Library
2. Apply items and export it
If you had applied content before activate license, please apply again to replace it.
And if question still exist, try to uninstall pack then reinstall it.
