Export FBX and crash
Hi there,

I'm a new user of CC3. When I export my character even the default project via FBX (Clothed Character), the application will crash straight away. It firstly pops up a black screen (I believe it was the FBX export setting panel) and then once I clicked on the black panel the application closed.

It is quite disappointing for me to use as a new user.

Thanks for your feedback!
That black screen should be Export FBX dialog.
Have you use any VM environment?
If not, please update your graphic card driver like Lian said.
