Issue 5511
Editing FT issues would not list Plug-in tags anymore
(this is not an iClone issue, but I do not know where to submit it)

If I edit an FT issue, I can no longer select Plug-in tags - that section is missing.

This occur after Feedback tracker software was updated today.

2 more issues.

1. When entry is edited and saved is goes to the top of the list. I believe the issues should be sorted by the number and not by the last edit date.

2. Category menu has sections listed in white font on light gray background. Screenshot 2

The plug-in tag missing issue has been fixed and updated on 12/27.

Primary issue CONFIRMED.

Plug-in tags are lost when you edit an Issue.
a) The plug-ins are not listed
b) Any plug-in you marked in your original post is cleared out, and you lost that data in your Issue.

Hi Admin,


I cleared cache and tested in FireFox and Chrome. All 3 issues persist in both browsers.


Only menu in Chrome is shown differently.

The web page maybe cached, please press Ctrl-F5 to refresh the page and see if the UI will become normal?
