STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Copy a iClone project whose file name has Chinese characters to desktop
2. Right-Click the project, and then select "Open"
Or: Double-click the project
Or: Drag the project to iClone 6

ACTUAL RESULT
Error message "Import Failed – C:\xxx\xxx\xxx\????. iProject" popup

EXPECTED RESULT
The project can be loaded to iClone 6 correctly
