I believe after latest windows updates the Hub stopped showing up in system tray or even open.
It does shows in the task manager.
I already tried uninstalling and reinstalling.
I already tried deleting 3 keys from the registry.
I already added in the firewall both CC3 and hub.

I won't do a fresh windows install.
